                                                   William Castro
William Castro was born at Elmhurst Hospital on July 19th, 1985. He was raised by his mother of Cuban heritage in Woodside, Queens. He accepted the Lord in his early twenties.  In 2006, he was baptized at a small church in Astoria that held services in Greek and English. His passion for reading at an early age kept Him immerse in God's word and transformed into a passion for teaching and leading. William has worked in various ministries throughout his walk with Christ. He has led a Young Adult's ministry at Evangel Church in Long Island City and also instructed Sunday School classes at Evangel focused on young adult and youth development. In addition, William has served with Sister Ceu Kingshill-Sky and Pastor Kim Kingshill through Express Christ and is the editor of Ceu Kingshill's The Choreography of God.  Currently, William is attending Christian Missionary Alliance church located in Manhattan with his wife, Sarah Castro, and son, William Zechariah Castro. A disciple, husband, father, son, brother, friend, and advocate of the empowerment of education, he is a teacher of English and is currently working at a Middle School in the Lower East Side as Dean of Students.
